Our food-grade commodity sacks are treated exclusively with vegetable oils, preventing kerosene or mineral oil contamination. Fully certified for packing cocoa beans, green coffee, cashew nuts, and edible grains.
Standard sacks are packed in iron-hooped or HDPE-wrapped export bales (300 to 500 bags per bale). A 20ft FCL accommodates 65–75 bales (approx. 20,000 sacks), while a 40ft FCL accommodates up to 135 bales.
We customize Porter (warp threads per inch) and Shots (weft threads per inch) according to required burst strength. High-resolution multi-color logo printing and safety stitching available for all wholesale orders.
