Description
Vegetable-oil-treated (VOT) jute bag built for baling and shipping cured tobacco leaf. The breathable weave protects leaf colour and moisture without tainting aroma.
Additional Information
Fabric: hessian or light twill jute, treated with vegetable batching oil (VOT / JBO-V), non-toxic and low odour.
Size: made to order; common 74 x 132 cm and 100 x 150 cm.
Weight: 640-950 g per bag.
Mouth: hemmed, herakle or overhead stitched; loop or plain.
Compliance: IJO 98/01 hydrocarbon-free; suitable for food and aroma-sensitive commodities.
Printing: up to 3-colour flexo; safety stitching available.
Packing: 200-400 bags per bale, iron-hooped or HDPE-wrapped.
